On November 17, the property at 529 Las Tunas Ave, Arcadia CA was sold by California Association for the Deaf (CAD).  The building entered service in 1965, after 50 years of serving to countless Deaf seniors.

California Home for the Adult Deaf, which is a separate organization from CAD, decided to relocate the business to Riverside area, where there are more Deaf community.

CHAD have secured a five-year lease on a house in Riverisde, therefore we will be moving on January 8, 2016.  This will be known as Crowell House.  The address is 3615 Crowell Ave, Riverside, CA 92504.  California Baptist University is a short walking distance from the house.
